Grandfather got while overseas in WWII

I think when my Grandfather was stationed overseas in WWII he brought back for grandmother. She has many items from Japan like silk ceremonial kimonos and robes, various tea cups and saucers, and military booklets issued to the soldiers. I don't recall the rug ever being out and used, coloring and condition is beautiful.

The presented object appears to be a Persian Nomadic rug made out of wool and cotton with measurements of 51 x 29 inches. The rug is decorated in the main middle field with abstracted floral motives with palmettes and flowers in a geometrical and abstracted style. Such floral motifs are iconographical connected with the imagination of Paradise and are also connected with the antiiconism of Islam. In the development of the rugs, there are two bigger groups that differ in quality and motif. On one side, especially in Persia, we have the manufactures in the big cities like example Kashan, Gohm, or Heriz. These rugs are detailed, the mainly floral decor is mostly axially arranged with central medallions. These big urban manufacturers sometimes use also silk as material for the rugs. On the other side, there is a decentralized rug production by the Nomadic tribes in the North and Northeast of Perisa and other areas. The pattern of these Nomadic rugs is more abstracted and archaic in comparison with the detailed and complex patterns of the urban rug tradition.
The pattern of this rug is comparable with rugs from the Kashgai/ Ghashghai or Kashkuli region and the thicker quality of the rug is connected with Gabbeh rugs. This rug was colored with natural colors and was probably made in the middle of the 20th century.
This piece is in medium condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. Sadly the market situation for unique rugs and tapestries is difficult at the moment and the demand smaller than the offered rugs in auctions which leads to a price decline over the last years.
A fair market estimation would be between 200 to 400 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

I am really disappointed that this company collected my money but after 5 days (if you want to count only weekdays then 3 days) I have yet to hear back anything. I sent in my appraisal information on Feb 20th and when I received email stating appraisal ready on Fen 22, I sent a message back on FEBRUARY 22, 2021, saying the link shows NOTHING but Georg and "answered in 2 days' but nothing else provided. If you are still getting appraisal prepared then please inform me of that. I would want to know the hang up for extended length of time this is taking and when I can expect it to be completed.
With 1st message being ignored that has left me feeling like you had time to collect my payment but no time to follow the 48 hour online appraisal nor to explain what is causing the delay nor to respond to my questions.
This is my 2nd attempt asking for a response explaining what is the reason appraisal has not been completed in 48 hours and when can I expect it to be done. If I receive no response from your company answering my concerns I will have no choice but to contact credit card for a refund due to lack of service and write an unsatisfactory review based on my experience.

I would much rather have the appraisal, and learn more about rug. My concern was with email stating appraisal was ready then when nothing there and nobody replied to my questioning of seeing nothing I felt like I got nothing for my payment. Now if you could just give me an idea how long to get appraisal I'd appreciate that. I'm alright with obviously longer than 2 days but would expect to be contacted if it will be longer then timeframe given.
