Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a mixed media statue of an asian farmer wearing a straw raincoat, which was common all over Asia. The hat very much resembles the conical hat "nón lá" which is worn in Vietnam. Head, hands and feet are made from polychromed pottery or pappmaché, production date should be first half 20th century. The estimate is based on similar dolls sold at auction recently. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
