It states on one side of the ball “GAME BALL PRESENTED TO HENRY MELTON” “2010 NFC NORTH DIVISION CHAMPIONS” BEARS 40 VIKINGS 14 “MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL DECEMBER 20, 2010” On other side states “AMERICAN FOOTBALL CONFERENCE” “NATIONAL FOOTBALL CONFERENCE” “NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE” On third side it has a gold nfl symbol directly in middle, it also states “THE DUKE” with “Wilson” underneath on the left side. It has a signature on the right side with the word “COMMISSIONER” underneath.
