It is a matching pair. A vase and a decanter

Description
They are hand painted made from porcelain. They are in good condition. One appears to be a decanter with a lid. The other is a vase. I do not know their origins.
Dimensions
The vase is 16 inches tall and 6 inches wide at it's widest. The decantor is 20 inches tall and 7 inches wide.
