This appears to be a japanese Arita porcelain bowl, Imari style decorated, imitating an originally chinese six character mark 大明成化年製 Da Ming Chenghua Nian Zhi, japanese pronounciation : taimin seika nensei - Greatest Ming dynasty Chenghua period made (太明成化年製).( note wrong spelling "greatest" instead of "great"). Production period should be Taishō period (1913-1926). The estimate is based on similar items sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
