Thank you for your appraisal submission. The work is an oil painting on canvas by Jorge Prieto Beltran (Mexican , 20th/21st century). The work depicts a rural Mexican scene with quaint adobe houses in the foreground, a pathway with figures, and rolling hills and clouds in the background. From the images provided, the work appears to be in good condition with minor staining to the surface. It is signed "Jorge Prieto B." to the lower left corner. Framed, the work measures 42 x 31 inches.

Jorge Prieto Beltran is a deaf, contemporary artist from Mexico. His work is often shown at Galeria Bellas Artes, San Carlos, Mexico. Though little is known of his personal life, his painting have a consistent presence on the market, but not as frequently on the secondary market. The few lots on the secondary market have passed, therefore we estimate the Fair Market Value of this painting between $0 and $200.
