It looks like tiger maple but I don’t know it was my husbands. 58 inch long with brass

Dear Patrice,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a modern replica of a flintstone lock rifle so-called Kentucky rifle. It has an octagonal barrel with a total length of 58 inches long and beautiful Tigermaple stock. The perfect condition and the fact that there are nearly no traces of usage are a hint that this is a modern piece and not a piece from the late 18th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 100 to 250 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Georg

Dear Patrice,
Thank you for your help. So there are no hallmarks or proof stamps visible on the metal parts of the rifle?
With kind regards,
