Japanese Kutani late Meiji to early Taisho period. Iron red borders, hand painted florals either matching yunomi cups & saucers. The red mark is consistent with Kutani kiln mark-a studio/artist mark used 1890-1930. These marks are hand painted, not perfectly symmetrical & often under glaze. The Buddha is symbolic & higher end. The rough sandy rings can be either kiln grit/firing residue or tea mineral patina from age. This is not damage & supports age/authenticity. Mist likely origin: Kutani region, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.
