Inherited from Fae Sanger who inherited it from her sister-in-law Francis Mossiker, Author and member of the Sanger family of Dallas that founded Sanger-Harris Department Stores.

This is a beach scene with figures, sailboats and lighthouse. Emilio Grau Sala studied at the fine arts school in Barcelona. He became a successful artist from a young age and showed his work in many solo exhibitions In Spain and internationally. He lived in France from 1939 onwards.
