It is a beautiful doll. Such vintage collectors dolls are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The doll was made as a collectors item and is what you would call an artist doll. It has some very fine details and an unique expression. It appears to be very well kept with regards to the head, body and clothes. I believe it was made in the late early 2000s. The doll artist is Nona Hyytinen who made dolls for a short number of years under the brand name Maattala Artists dolls.
Many artists made dolls and unfortunately today the prices are not that much higher than the original retail values however this is the type of object that may increase in price over the years.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the doll has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the Maattala artist doll. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
