Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an oil on canvas painting by Louis Devedeux (1820 – 1874), who specialized in paintings of beautiful young ladies in an oriental setting. The dresses and the fan might indicate that three odalisques in intimate conversation are portrayed. At least the viewer of the mid 19th century would have viewed it with an oriental harem scene in mind. The varnish has yellowed a little, a restoration by an expert would be recommended. The estimate is based on similar paintings sold or offered at auction. Paintings with an obvious orientalist / turkish setting fetch even higher prices.
