What does this mean?

Thank you for contacting Mearto. This is a tall Chinese vase with figural scenes, millefleur details and gold finials. The seal script mark on the base is unidentifiable and probably the name of the artist or manufacturer. The vase is done in famille rose style and likely dates from the Qing dynasty. The Fair Market Value is between $800 and $1600.
