What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a photogravure print after a painting by Oreste CORTAZZO (1830/36-c.1912), titeled "le Couronnement de la Mariee Antoinette", published by Knoedler in 1879, in a black lacquer Frame with gilding, most likely of the same era. Such prints were inexpensive then, affordable for the middle income families and meant to be used for home decor. Regarding the value nothing much has changed, older reproduction prints have not gained value. The frame is very elegant and is most likely the more valuable part currently. The estimate is based on similar decorative framed prints offered or sold at auction
