Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an etching in colours by Léon DANCHIN (1887-1938) . Apparently depicted is the triumphant winner of a cockfight, the dead opponent lying on the ground.
Etchings by the artist are sold at auction regularly. The estimate is based on similar sold or offered at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental you might attach it.
It would be nice to get a response from my inquiry. This cost me $15.00 for something that advertised as free, and it took you all of two minutes to come back with an appraisal. So why the depreciation?
I had this piece appraised about 15 years ago and it appraised at $600.
