Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage brass and slag glass table lamp
model 242, made by the Miller Lighting Company, Meriden, CT., late 19th/early 20th Century
Of baluster form with two bulb sockets over a cast urn-form standard on a flaring foot and domed base; surmounted by a flaring rounded conical shade in mottled amber slag glass with brass tracery frame. Top marked ML Co 242
Base: 20 inches high, 6 inches diameter
CONDITION: This lamp appears to be in good condition with a replaced cord. One shade pane has a crack.
PROVENANCE: Inherited

Delia: Thank you for your response. After getting the appraisal I went back to family members and we were able to find the missing shade! One panel has a hairline crack. Can you please let me know how to go about getting the appraisal updated? Thank you, Jean Weiss 734-635-7160
