An antique carved and painted platform rocking horse
probably American, late 19th Century
In a light-gray plaster surface overall, with polychromed features, horsehair mane and tail, leather saddle with iron stirrups, suspended on a wooden rocker with iron rod struts. Unmarked.
41 inches tall, 52 inches long, 16 inches width
CONDITION: This rocking horse appears to be in generally good structural condition with some flaking and losses to plaster surface.
