Lauren Ford ( 1891-1973) was a New York born artist, well known for the prints that were published after her etchings. I assume the print in your possession shows a couple of kids scating, with a reproduced signature to the lower right and the word "REPRO" lower left. This would be the lower estimate value. If you happen to have the original etching - the etching would have been pressed into the paper, you could see an edge within the paper - this would be the higher estimate value.
