17" x 12" framed picture of a woman using mixed media - drawings and fabric. The picture appears to have been done in 1928 because the back of the picture is lined with "The Omaha Bee-News" newspaper date November 23, 1928.

Greetings, thank you for taking the time to submit your inquiry regarding this picture. You have what is commonly known as an enhanced fashion lithograph. Yours is hand-cut, hand-colored and adorned with organza and lace trim. These were popular in the late 19th century and I've seen lithographs from French fashion magazines enhanced in the same way.
At auction the prices vary widely and while some have sold for $40USD the majority sell between $75 - $100USD.
