What does this mean?

This is an original English Moorcroft pottery vase with the original paper label. The label stating "Potters to the Late Queen Mary" was used on their wares from 1953 - 1978 when the company was under the direction of Walter Moorcroft. The decoration the vase is referred to as 'piped in' floral decoration. The estimate is for insurance purposes and is based on actual past auction sales of comparables.
