In the Cecile pattern, Noritake Traditions 2000 line, made in the Philippines, circa 2000, comprising:
1 dinner plate
1 luncheon plate
1 bread plate
1 cup and 1 saucer
CONDITION: never open, still shrinkwrapped in both plastic and with original box.
PROVENANCE: original owner, purchased new circa 2000

They were purchased for more than the current price 20 years ago. So they have not increased in value? Rather decreased?

Hi Farrah,
Sadly, there is a LOT of this kind of thing on the market and, with people entertaining increasingly less often, or less formally, there's simply not enough demand for the supply.
Also, the prices Mearto assigns are fair-market, for auction, which are always less than retail prices.

You have place settings - a total of 30 pieces?
If they are all the same, we can update the appraisal to include them, I just need photos of the attached here.
