Noritake is one of the most well-known and respected makers of fine chinaware that was accessible across a variety of price points and popular to hundreds of thousands of people in the years following World War II and is still produced today.
Unfortunately, it represents a lifestyle that increasingly fewer people are living today and, as a result, there are vast quantities on the market, most selling for between $3-4/piece when sold at auction (though retailers still ask premium prices for NEW pieces). Your set, lovely as it is, is pretty small, though its uniform number of pieces works in its favor and I could easily see this selling between $50-75 at auction, possibly as much as $100 for the set.
