The presented object appears to be a screenprint on paper with measurements of 36 x 36 inches. The title of this print is "Northwest Coast Mask" and it was made and signed by hand in pencil by Andy WARHOL (1928-1987). It has an edition of 11/250 and comes from the "Cowboys and Indians" suite (1986).
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
