Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Mission style turned and planed oak rocking armchair
Probably American, first half 20th Century
The shaped crest raised over 7 knife-blade spindles flanked by turned stiles issuing scrolling arms with ring-turned flaring supports, over a shaped seat with remnants of a label underneath, raised on four baluster- and ring-turned legs joined by a double box stretcher, all on rockers. With some metal rod supports throughout.
