Artist Josef Konency (1907-1989) Czech painter his work primarily featured portraits and still life with flowers, but he also produced landscapes especially of rural folklore. On the back of this painting on board written 26.9.54 I believe above the date in Czech written in cursive was possibly the name of this painting. Also a handwritten about his father taking someone to the capitol mentioning terrible days ahead ( in pencil) painting signed lower left corner of painting
