This is an original 20th century townscape painting in an added vintage circa 1970s syroco frame that was manufactured in Japan. There is only one listed artist with the last name Kohn with the letter L as the first initial of the first name, a Ludwig Kohn (b. 1938) who emigrated to America in 1960 from the Ukraine and traveled to towns throughout the US to paint.
