(2) separate framed black piece of either leather or paper with Asian word painted around gold with a red signature on the bottom left corner of the gold paint. I was told that the writing is in "Old Chinese" and the first frame has the word "Dream" on it. We are unsure of what the second word is. They are both framed and have not been in storage for years. I do not know what the material is but it looks like either leather or possibly a thick black paper with a pattern on it. The back shows a white piece of paper that is taped to the glass back that is supposed to have the English translation of the Chinese writing, which is incorrect based on my friend's translation of the first piece. Those can be removed from the glass frame.
Approx. 4 inches by 4inches
Given to me by my ex-partner. He stated that they were given to him by his father who was in the antiques business.

There are a fair amount of paintings signed that imitates artist's signature, and without any other document or proof, it is not certain. Artist not recognized. Very good condition.
