My son got this at the San Diego Comic Convention when he went there with his dad. He does not remember who signed it.

Greetings and thank you for submitting your signed promotional poster for evaluation. This is an off-set lithographic poster released in 1991 to promote DC Comics Superman. Unfortunately, my research has not deciphered who may have drawn Spiderman flying in the distance but certainly it was one of the artists associated with the San Diego Comic Convention in 1991.
As a poster commemorating the event it has a market value of between $10USD and $20USD, similar signed commemorative and promotional posters and memorabilia average $50USD.
