On October 30-November 2nd, 1966 Walt Disney visited Williamsburg, Virginia, where my mother Joan Orton conducted what was to be his final interview. At the time we lived in Williamsburg and she was a freelance reporter with the Richmond Times Dispatch. She was also very active with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. At the conclusion of the interview Walt Disney gifted her this comic with the inscription: To Joan, Walt Disney. My mother stored it with her belongings, which I inherited upon her passing. The comic is in excellent condition, as she never let me or my brother touch it.

Hi William,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
This is an issue of Walt Disney's Donald Duck – "The Hidden Frontier," which was published by Gold Key Comics in November, 1966; it sold for 12 cents. Gold Key was a popular comic publisher in the 1960s–70s, known for producing quality Disney comics. A 12-cent price tag confirms it's from the Silver Age of Comics (mid-1950s to early 1970s), a collectible era.
On its own, this comic ranges in value from $10-30 for an ungraded issue in average condition, to $40-75 for one that is in very fine condition. Ones that are mint/flawless condition can be worth more than $100 if they are graded and authenticated by a grading authority, such as CGC.
The value of Walt Disney's signature and presentation inscription adds to the value of this - adding an additional $100.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
