General Films Limited mailed these paper order forms to theatres across Canada for rental purposes. Most sheets are double sided with single, double, triple, and quadruple titles. I also have double-sided sheets containing 10 titles on each side. They came in various colors of white, yellow, green, blue, pink, and gold/orange. As far as old paper goes, they show aging, but still vibrant & legible. Some have a small piece of a corner missing , some have a dates of when they were going to be televised, some with a red line on the top corner, (these do not affect the movie ads), and some with a black strike-out line or XX's through them.
