This oil painting on canvas appears to be by the Dutch artist called Peter Paulus Schiedges II (1860-1922). This is a river landscape, signed lower right. It measures 36"(h) x 40"(w), and is framed. Sadly, the canvas is ripped on the top left back of the painting.
