What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a rococo revival four-lobed porcelain vase on four cabriole legs by Delinieres & Co, painted in black at the base and with additional gilding and extensive gilding at the opening. The vase is handpainted with peonies on a light green ground. The printed mark at the underside was in use from 1894-1900. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold in the antiques trade.
