Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a very large painting by Peter Browne (* 1947) who is known for his humorous depictions of wildlife. His paintings are being offered at auction on a regular basis. The estimate is based on similar paintings offered or sold. But this painting is definitely the biggest I have seen so far. Size matters, but oversize sometimes poses a problem.
