This back bar is 8 ft tall, 26 ft long. There is curved glass on one end. I have put 1000.00 of heavy duty glass shelving to house bar items for my restaurant. There are some cigarette burns on the bottom shelf, (because any pharmacist worth their salt lights up whilst filling your antibiotics.) The bottom is storage. I would say it is about 2 feet deep.
Originally from the Midwest, how it came to S.C. is unknown. It has been in my restaurant, which I am selling. It does come in 4 sections.
Dear Kathy,
Greetings and thank you for submitting images of your stunning pharmacist's wood bar back. It's a lovely piece of wood, particularly the curved glass end. It's a testament to it's functionality that with little modification, it is still being used.
As to value, it can be tricky because the size of this piece can limit the market somewhat as shipping can be expensive and prohibitive. On the worst of days, similar pieces have sold for as little as $2000USD though the average is closer to $4200USD.
Do let me know if you have any questions and thank you for your inquiry.
Sincerely,
Erin-Marie
