This is a publicity photo from the 1943 musical film Higher and Higher, featuring Frank Sinatra alongside actresses June Allyson and Gloria DeHaven. The film marked Sinatra's first starring role and his first on-screen love interest (played by Barbara Hale in the role of Katherine Keating).
