I’m not sure who made this table, the table is in good condition just a little dusty, but nothing some light cleaning can’t fix. The table is made out of wood

The scalloped hinged top tilting above a birdcage mechanism over a baluster turned standard raised on a tripod base with waterleaf carving and terminating in webbed ball and claw feet.
31-1/4 inches high; top diameter 31-1/2 inches (top to bottom) and 30-3/4 inches (side to side)
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: acquired at a second hand store

Hello, I was told to measure the tables face as if it were a clock face. The measurements I got were 12-6 (31 1/2 in) and 3-9 (30 3/4 in)
