looks like a Hunzinger. Not less than 60 years old. Wooden, has been reupholstered, otherwise original.

The lollipop turnings of the arm supports reference the pieces made by Hunzinger but he did not do any chairs with such vigorously spiral turned elements.

A vintage late Victorian style turned and upholstered oak platform rocker
American, late 19th/early 20th Century
The rounded upholstered crest with brass tack trim over a rectangular back with brass tack trim, flanked by twist-turned stiles, serpentine over-upholstered arms supported on lollipop-turned spindles, trapezoidal seat over-the-rail upholstered raised on a twist-carved platform base.
