Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a lovely antique doll. Such antique dolls are being offered at auction on a regular basis. There may be some marks or a company name on the back of the shoulderplate however this is not visible on the photos you have sent. The doll was probably made in Germany around the 1880-1900, the head and lower arms and lower legs are made of porcelain. The condition of the head is the most important for the appraisal. The head must be intact without chips, hairlines or cracks. The body is probably made of either fine leather or linen, the clothes appear to be the original clothes.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the antique doll has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the doll. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
