What does this mean?

Hi Camilla,

This object appears to be another example of a general Pre-Columbian face fragment. Again, there is not a lot of identifying marks to attribute the item to a culture. However, based on the simple and abstract facial features, my best estimation would be Costa Rica. Again, other auction records attribute similar items to other cultures. The estimate is based on general Pre-Columbian face fragments in a similar size.
