This footed dish seems to be a bit difficult for me to attribute to a culture. I have seen similar items attributed to Chupicuaro, Costa Rica, Colima, and others. If you'd like to upload detailed images of the circular designs, or let me know what they depict, I may be able to attribute further. The estimate is based on general Pre-Columbian footed dished in similar height.
