Description
The item was purchased by my late mother in Houston TX in 1959 from Harry K. Wright. It's solid gold according to the jewelry store I had it examined by. Weighs 10.5 grams. It comes from Southern Costa Rica Diquis Culture.

the gold standing Shaman figurewith crown-like headdress, possibly Chiriqui, c. 1000-1500 applied to a long octagonal glass or onyx panel within a a gold surround with suspension loop[, gross weight 10.5 grams
Provenance: According to the owner.The item was purchased by owners late mother in Houston TX in 1959 from Harry K. Wright.. It has been suggested that it comes from Southern Costa Rica Diquis Culture.
