I obtained this mask from an antique dealer, who mentioned having it in his possession more than 30 years ago, unfortunately he does not remember how it came into his hands, the mask has a beautiful velvety patina, likewise it does not have any sharp edges and microscopically it seems to have been made with ancient methods, its holes, as well as the polishing of the same account of this, additionally it has inlays in some parts (one ear and back) of what appears to be dirt, in small chips that it has, but they seem to be very old inclusions, since they are almost fused with the stone, they do not come out easily, it seems to be made of some extremely hard stone, probably diorite, when manipulated and heated it releases a smell that reminds of humidity or old, especially on its back.
