Probably Scandinavian, mid 20th Century
With tall squared back, shaped arms, frame fitted with a hinged black-painted metal extending arm with attached rectangular footstool. Unsigned.

CONDITION: This chair appears to be in good condition; value assumes no breaks, repairs, tears or stains to leather upholstery, no replacements and that the footstool mechanism is in good working condition.
