The presented object appears to be a Remington New Model percussion revolver with a patent from 1858. It has an octagonal barrel, a six-shot cylinder and the wooded pistol grip is monogrammed. The serial number is 108712.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in medium condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 800 to 1600 USD.
