What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be what you suggested, a watercolour by Reuven RUBIN (1893-1974) depicting a dromedar. Quite a lovely quality ink and watercolour drawing, signed by the artist. A similar drawing from 1935 sold in the price range listed above. The drawing in your possession might sell much higher if offered in the right well advertised auction.
