It has wooden wheels in the Front. but no wheels in the back. It has a hand carved design and double steel springs on the right and left. I have a written notes on the bottom that says it’s from the 1800s. I know it belonged to my great great grandmother
It was my great grandmother tinkers then my great aunt had it and no one else wanted it so I have it.
