It is not clear from the artist signature but it appears to perhaps be Roger Kathy. However looking online it seems to be a different signature. It could of course be a nobody and completely worthless.

Thank you for your request. Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The apprised object is a watercolor or ink drawing with unknown measurements. It depicts a standing nude and is signed by Roger KATHY (1934-1979).
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 75 to 150 USD.
