Your work appears to be a lithograph and screenprint in colour by the American artist called Roy Lichtenstein ( 1923-1994). This is a study of hands on paper, signed and numbered in red in the margin. Overall light staining but darker towards the extreme sheet edges, otherwise apparently in good condition. The dimensions are approx. 22" x20"
