Saigon street art from 1962
Procured in Saigon in 1962/1963. Showed to Vietnamese person who stated the signature was in "old Viet" and that they couldn't read who the artist was. Not sure of medium but not chalk. Looks like oil on paper. Looking to validate that statement and to get appraisal to see if it is worth framing. thanks Mike
sent back from Saigon Viet Nam in 1962/1963. Dad was there prior to war working. Lived in Caravel hotel downtown and story was this was street artist out front and sometimes in lobby sat and painted. Only a couple of dollars at the time.
