My Grandfather served behind the lines for the OSS in China. He brought back a Samovar and accessories. We have very little information beyond that

A vintage Danish brass samovar with associated cups
early/mid 20th Century
The samovar with tall cylindrical chimney, scrolled handles and vase-form body on short feet, marked ""W. Spies / Helsingor" and "alla monda"; together with an oval pierced brass tray with scrolled feet and six squat one-handled cups marked with an unidentified triangular mark.

Thank you for the additional photos.
I couldn't find the triangular mark anywhere in my marks books or online but the W. Spies mark is certainly Danish and Scandinavian marks are not as well documented as those from other Continental countries. Most samovars of this form and decoration (fairly plain) typically sell for between $400-600 when offered at auction these days.
