Secretary
16 January 2022
Description

The secretary has two glass doors that opens up to three shelves… underneath that, a door opens forward which reveals several slots for letters/mail. In the middle of those slots is a door with a knob that opens up the door. Underneath the slots are three additional drawers that pull open. Underneath the door that slides open, there are three large drawers. Also, I have the original keys that open up the two glass panels which are surrounded by wood framing.

Provenance

This belonged to my great grandmother. What I remember is, my grandmother telling me she would use the secretary to do her schoolwork as a young child.
